2022

  • Ordinance No. 2022-01> Correction to Ordinance No 467A-210, reclassifying certain lands in the unincorporated area of the County of Lassen as to Zoning regulations. 

  • Ordinance No. 2022-03> Ordinance repealing and reenacting Chapters 12.08, 12.14, 12.15, 12.16, 12.18, 12.20, 12.24; Adding Chapters 12.05, 12.09 and 12.27; Amending Section 12.12.010; and adding Section 12.04.055, all in Article I, of the Lassen County Code, known as the Lassen County Building Code.

  • Ordinance No. 2021-02 > Urgency Ordinance of the County of Lassen, Concerning Debris Removal from the Dixie Fire and Beckwourth Complex Fire

  • Ordinance No. 2021-004> Adding Chapter 9.65 to the Lassen County Code in order to provide standards to noise analysis and management, informally referenced as the "Noise Element"

  • Ordinance 2020-02> Revising Lassen County Code Title 12 (Building and Construction) to add Chapter 12.10 (Electric Vehicle Charging Systems)

  • Ordinance 2020-03> Amending Chapter 9.16 (Fire Hazards) of the Lassen County Code

2019

  • Ordinance 2019-03> Amending Titles 1, 3, 6 and 19 of the Lassen County Code to allow cultivation of industrial hemp, to establish a taxation rate, and to exempt it from the county right to farm protection.

  • Ordinance 2019-04>  Amending Title 19 to allow commercial marijuana activities

  • Ordinance 2019-05> Amending Title 18 to define hemp and allow for its provision

  • Ordinance 2019-07> Amending Lassen County Code pertaining to Environmental Health Fees

  • Ordinance 2019-10> Revisiting lassen County Code Section 3.18.020 (Planning Department Fees), adding Section 3.18.130 (Surveyor Fees) and revising Section 3.18.100 (Waiver or Refund of Fees)

  • Ordinance 2019-11> Amending Title 12 Concerning Due Process Hearing for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings

  • Ordinance 2019-12> Amending Title 18 to Allow Cannabis Dispensaries in Industrial Zones and to reduce required setbacks between Cannabis Dispensaries and Residences

Lassen County Board of Supervisors are accepting applications from residents of the district within Lassen County for appointment to the Long Valley Groundwater Management District. 

Interested persons should submit their application to the Lassen County Clerk, Located behind the Historic Courthouse at 22o S. Lassen St, Suite 5, Susanville, CA 96130.
