Calfresh Healthy Living
CalFresh, is California’s Food Stamps, federally known as Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). CalFresh is for people with low-income who meet federal income eligibility rules. CalFresh benefits can add to their budget to put healthy nutritious food on the table.
The Lassen County CalFresh Healthy Living Program focuses on promoting healthy eating, drinking and regular physical activity through education and multi-level interventions for Lassen County community members.

How to apply!
- Visit the benefitscal.com or getcalfresh.org, call Lassen Works at 530-251-8152 or visit the office at 1616 Chestnut St., Susanville, CA 96130. You can also mail in your application to the same address or fax a completed application to 530-251-8149. Regular business hours for Lassen Works is 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday, except holidays.
