Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS)

The Lassen County Board of Supervisors adopted the Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) in 2012 and updated Appendix A in 2016. The purpose of the of the CEDS is to bring together the public and private sectors, nonprofits, community-based organizations, and individuals to build a consensus of actions and priorities that will ultimately generate economic activity. The plan was funded by the State of California Department of Housing and Community Development Economic Development and Planning/Technical Assistance Program Grant.
