Housing Programs

Lassen County's Housing Programs accomplish the following objectives for income eligible residents:
 
  • Improve the quality of affordable residential rental housing units,
  • Increase the safety and quality of permanent supportive housing through rehabilitation and,
  • Address blight to improve neighborhood conditions.
To accomplish these objectives, the following Programs are administered:
 

CDBG HOUSING REHABILITATION PROGRAM - This Program is designed to assist South Lassen County (Census Tract 406) residents improve the safety and appearance of their homes.

CDBG NATIVE AMERICAN HOUSING REHABILITATION PROGRAM - This Program is designed to assist members of any Non-Federally Recognized Native American Tribe to improve the safety and appearance of their homes.

HOME HOUSING REHABILITATION PROGRAM - This program is currently being modified.
