| Lassen County's Housing Programs accomplish the following objectives for income elibigle residents: |

- Increase home ownership opportunities,
- Improve the quality of affordable residential rental housing units,
- Increase the safety and quality of permanent supportive housing through rehabilitation and,
- Address blight to improve neighborhood conditions.

| To accomplish these objectives, the following programs are administered: |

- Housing Rehabilitation Program - This program is designed to help residents meet code requirements and improve the safety and appearance of their homes.
- HOME Program - This program is currently not being administered.
