REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

 For the Disposal of Certain Property Located in the Unincorporated Area

 of the County of Lassen in the Community of Herlong, CA 

Lassen County/Local Reuse Authority is looking to dispose of certain property to the entity that has the best plan for economic development for the Herlong area and the best benefit to the County of Lassen.

Roop St., Suite 4, Susanville, CA  96130 or call 530-251-8333.  Proposers are cautioned that all questions concerning this RFP are to be directed to the Office of the Treasurer/Tax Collector by calling 530-251-8220. 

Sealed proposals will be accepted at the office of the County Administrative Officer, Lassen County Administrative Services, Attn: Regina Schaap, 221 S Roop St., Suite 4, Susanville, CA  96130, by mail or in person until 4:00 pm on Thursday, July 25, 2013, at which time they will be publicly opened and read in the conference room at 221 S. Roop St., Susanville CA  96130.  Lassen County reserves the right to waive any non-material irregularities or informalities in any proposal, and to accept or reject any item or combination of items.
